Yes — but switching to VilaNet(VilaX) is a one-way move. VilaNet(VilaX) is the service we sell today, and once your product has been switched to it you cannot switch back to a legacy service.
How to switch
- Log in to the client area and open your product's Service Details page.
- Choose Actions → Upgrade/Downgrade/Switch Service.
- Select the VilaNet(VilaX) plan you want and confirm.
This change is irreversible. There is no way to move back to your previous service afterwards, so please be sure before you confirm.
What happens to your traffic allowance
Switching between services on the same price tier does not reset your usage. If you need a larger traffic allowance, upgrade to a higher tier instead.
After you switch
You can connect using either the VilaNet client or the VilaX client. If you are already on VilaNet(VilaX), you can also try the APPonly, HY2 and AnyTLS nodes — availability depends on your ISP's UDP restrictions.
